LINDY High Speed Active HDMI Cables make long distances easy

We announced today our range of High Speed Active HDMI Cables that enable HDMI equipped projectors, LCD and plasma displays to be connected easily up to 30m away from their source. Active electronics embedded into the cable’s connector housing boosts and cleans the HDMI signal to enable it to travel over long distances without discernable degradation.

Compatible with both HDTV and HDCP, the LINDY High Speed Active HDMI Cable supports high-bandwidth, uncompressed digital video as well as multi-channel digital audio and control, making it ideal for both home and commercial installations where the HDMI source is sited some distance from the display.

It’s surprising the cable lengths that are required even in relatively simple installations, particularly if you’re trying to hide the cables as much as possible. Our new Active HDMI Cables eliminate the need for extenders and make running long lead lengths almost as easy as if the source equipment and display were just three metres apart.

Triple shielded to eliminate RF and EM interference, the 24 gauge copper cable has gold plated contacts at either end to ensure a consistent connection. Available in three lengths 20m, 25m and 30m, the LINDY High Speed Active HDMI Cable supports HDMI 1.4, 3D and 4K2K resolutions.
