Sales Co-ordinator
We are looking for a person with super friendly customer service skills to join our team in Brisbane.
Your key responsibilities include:

Liaising with customers regarding stock availability and order updates

Order processing, order tracking and logistics support
-
Raising quotes
-
Backorder management
-
Invoice tracking and credit hold review
-
Maintenance of sales contact database Sales administration
To succeed in this role you will need:
-
A positive and confident personality

Excellent organisational skills
-
Experience with order processing and invoicing
-
Intermediate computer skills, strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Be able to work well within a small team environment
You will be provided with new challenges and variety that will keep you interested and test your resourcefulness. Initial and ongoing product training will be provided.
Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm and an excellent salary package will be offered to the right person.
